I’m Sydney Favero (formerly VanPetten), a graphic designer based in Saginaw, Michigan. I graduated magna cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and minors in Graphic Design and Marketing. I’m also an Adobe Certified Professional in Visual Design, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

I enjoy using thoughtful design to make information engaging and easy to understand. Whether it’s a brochure, annual report, signage, or marketing campaign, I’m passionate about creating work that helps people connect with ideas, organizations, and experiences.

My background spans nonprofit marketing, education, and community engagement. I’ve had the opportunity to create communications and design materials for organizations including the Mid-Michigan Children’s Museum, the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA, and Bay-Arenac ISD Career Center. 

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me reading, tending to my garden, tackling a creative project, or exploring Michigan. I’m also an unapologetic cat person and love spending time with my two cats, Thor and Ted.
